The case is like this – at first, the police catch a boy who was accused of abusing a girl; take him to the police station for the investigation; but instead of taking him to court for the punishment; they themselves started giving punishment to the boy. And they give such a punishment that the viewers are shocked with. The policemen kept on beating him with a rubber pad for a long time. The alleged kept on crying and constrained to be escaped from the punishment; but the rubber pad kept on being showered on him. Though the video is six months old, but it has been viral now. Police have nothing in answer to the video. If you look at the video, the boy who is being beaten is in his red shirt and a pair of blue jeans. The boy has been caught on his hand from two different sides of pillar; two police, in their uniform, are pulling his one hand each side. Ne next one is beating the back of the alleged with the rubber pad. Bijnor Police of Uttar Pradesh have beaten him to quench their thirst and for their entertainment. They are found to be abusing their post and uniform. Though the video is 6­month­old, it has been viral now. Why was the boy not taken to the court? Who gave the police right to punish him?
