Here are the things which make you happy all the time;
1. Never feel perfection;
There are nothing in this Earth which are perfect. So never think and feel tension upon such things like ‘I have big Head, small eyes, big and tip nose and many others’. You have to think that you have all the things which are with other human being.
2. Feel happy while standing in front of mirror;
Never think bad things while standing in front of mirror. You have to forgot those things in your body which make you nervous like, you have few hairs, unlabeled lips while see mirror. You feel only positive things after few days of these such activity.
3. Never become as other wishes;
You have to give priority to yourselves rather than of others wishes and opinion. If you like to use light make-up and other like to see you heavy make-up then never use as of others opinion. Doing these activities can protect your own habit and make you feel happy.
4. Never feel shy;
If you have done bad activity or you are shameful to the society then never feel shy. This habit make you trust yourselves and make happy.
5. Encourage in civics work;
You have to be busy in those work like reading, writing, drawing, dancing, singing, playing and designing clothes which make you sharp in future in particular work if you do it regularly.
6. Take long and deep breath;
If you take long and deep breath daily then the level of oxygen into your body will increase which protect from harm#ful elements from physical and mental body.It produce positive thinking elements in our body and make you happy.
7. Think less expectation;
If you think and more expect from anyone can make you in tension life. So for spending your life with happy time, less expect from others.
8. Smile all the time;
If you didn’t like to do jokes and laugh then try to smile anytime. Slowly you have to make it habit. But you have to smile only after see the condition. It make you positive thinking and produce the chemical which make you feel happy.
