Here in the video we can see two wheeled and four wheeled vehicles that were kept sequentially on the path due to which even there are no space for pedestrians to walk and vehicles to park. The scene we are seeing in the video is of Sundhara area where motor bikes and vehicles are parked in the chaotic condition. There is even kept the sign board that parking is prohibited even though motorcycles are kept in parking doing derision of the laws and rules. These kinds of scenes are not only seen in Sundhara but we can see everywhere in the busy roads of Kathmandu because of which pedestrians have to suffer even though the vehicles runs through the same way are affected. According to the laws and rules if the vehicles and motorcycles are not parked in proper way then it will be charged of Rs. 1000. Dhanpati Sapkota, Security Chief of Kathmandu Municipality said that now they have took action against 5060 motorcycles that also in very rare case means those vehicles that had not followed traffic rules and saying of traffic police. Still there are left lots of action to be done but for now we have been doing only one which also has been one of the symbolic. If anyone see motorcycle being loaded in the truck by police that had been parked at the improper place then they might think or knew themselves that the motorcycle that was parked in no parking due to which police took it in order to take action. This action of police might flow the message to the public that if motorcycles are parked in no parking or in scattered way then there is an action taken against it.
