Balance diet helps to make our body healthy and fit. Taking lots of different types of fruits helps to increase the amount of carbohydrate, vitamin and minerals which are essential for the human body. But some people who are suffers from Diabetes have to block eating some fruits. Fruits are good for health but some fruits contain more glucose which are harmful for Diabetes patients.
Fruits are the main source of protein and energy. Each and every fruits contain anti-oxidant and protein which helps in blood circulation and digestive system. But people suffers from diabetes have to rejected taking some fruits. Many fruits are categorized as increasing glucose level and increase sugar level of body.
They must have to search and find out the G.I (Glysemic Index) index value of fruits and decide to take or reject it. If the G.I. index value of a fruit is less than 55, it is good and if more than 55, it is bad for diabetes patients. Fruits like Strawberry, Pears, Apple are also taken by diabetes which contain less amount of Carbohydrate. Fruits that have to reject by diabetes patients;
1. Mango:
It is also called a king of fruits and like by all people of World. It contains more sugar and glucose which is harmful for diabetes patients. It increase the blood sugar level if taken daily.
2. Grapes:
Grapes include Fiber, Vitamin and high level of sugar. Diabetes patients must stay far from grapes because 3 grapes contain 15 gram of carbohydrate.
3. Pineapple:
It have more G.I value and diabetes patient have to block this fruit in their daily eating foods and fruits. A small pieces of pineapple contain more than 20 gram of carbohydrate which is bad for those type of people.
4. Sharifa:
It contains vitamin C, Calcium, Iron and Fiber more than other fruits which are harmful for diabetes patients. 100 gram of Sharifa contains around 23 gram of carbohydrate.
5. Banana:
It have G.I value index between 46 to 70 and half cup of banana contain 15 gram of carbohydrate. Banana are also bad and harmful of diabetes patients.
6. Watermelon:
It contain Fiber and Calories in less amount than of other fruits and have G.I index value of 72. It also includes vitamin C and A.
7. Papaya:
Papaya contain Fiber and Carbohydrate and have 72 of G.I index value. It is also harmful for the diabetes patients.
If these types of fruits have to eat by diabetes people then take in little amount because it increase the level of sugar in blood and glucose into the body. The main treatment of diabetes people are drinking lots of water and doing lots of exercise.
