People who eat fish thinks that it is the healthy food. It is healthy and many study has proved it but it contains more protein that might be harmful for health. Here are some sorts of people who shouldn’t eat fish:fish
1. People who can’t eat fish
We have heard that the throne of fish has taken the life of people. So people who feels hard to eat fish should avoid it. But the way you cook depends on the harm of people. Some types of fish and their throne is easily separated and in some fish throne are attached with the flesh so you need to be careful while eating such fish.
If the throne is stuck in the neck you need to consult to a doctor or you can eat the flower of rhododendron.
2. Pregnant and breast feeding female
Paro is found in fish which is harmful for the pregnant female as well as the female who is breast feeding. The paro gets collected on her body and during the birth of the baby it is seen on the baby due to which baby might be born abnormal and other mental disease and the problems comes in their growth and development.
This is mostly found of those fish which lives on sea, this is not found in the fish of Nepal.
3. Diabetes patient
Fish contains cholesterol and its level depends upon the types of fish but it is true that fish contains more cholesterol compared to other meat. According to study on America it is found that people with diabetes are suffered more due to fish. But people with less than 159 level won’t be effected.
4. Stones or the bone-joints problems
Fish contains protein and some amount of protein is good for health but the extreme use of protein will create the problem in the body. Body converts cholesterol and fat in the way of fat but when the protein is more body cannot convert it and it starts affecting and the poisonous elements is forms which gets mixed to blood and the various elements like urea, ammonia and amino acid is formed. This leads to negative impacts and the stone is formed and the body will require calcium to filter it which may create the problems in bones, joints and teeth.
5. People with stomach problem
fish doesn’t contains fiber and carbohydrate which are the elements which helps in digestion. So if you do careless on eating it there will be the risk of stomach cancer as well.
6. People with lots of fat
Fish contains less fat than other animals but in some fish the fatness is found in more amount so people who are fat should avoid it.
