Then period when any member gets gets sick from the royal family then they used to be treated keeping them in the VVIP cabin of Bir Hospital but now if any specific people gets ill then they used to be taken to the private hospitals or abroad for the treatment due to which VVIP cabin has become in unused condition said the Bir Hospital administration. It has been managed that in any specific people gets ill then he/she must be taken to the VVIP cabin of Bir Hospital and must take the treatment and if Bir Hospital refers the patient then only can do their treatment in some other hospital and it has a government rule but these days it could not be happened so. Along with the end of royal institution the use of VVIP cabin of Bir Hospital too had stopped. Even then government leading by Prime Minister Sushil Koirala had decided that if any specific people get sick and needs treatment then must do treatment in VVIP cabin of Bir Hospital and that cabin used to be implementing for doing treatment of royal family earlier the general movement on 2062/63.
