If you do work for long time in front of laptops, computers, lighting rooms, it will affect your eyes. If you careless your eyes and didn’t treatment after seeing the problem, it will be difficult after that. Likewise, using mobiles, doing hard work for long time and sleep for short period of time are also ha!rm@ful for eyes. We all use sun glass and power glass for protecting our eyes. But many people feel irritates to use power glass for the protecting eyes power. Here are some tips for the health of eyes for you;
– Put the 6/7 seeds of peanut into water before sleep and eat next morning.
– Eat carrot daily which contain Vitamin A, B and C.
– The powder of three fruits called as “Amala, Harro and Barro” put into water at night and wash your eyes at next morning.
– Massage your head with oil of ‘Sarsiyu’ before sleep.
– Mix a spoon of food soup, 2 seeds of peanut, half spoon of rock sugar with milk and drink before sleep.
– Massage at the part between eyes and ear for 5 to 10 minutes daily.
– Take two or three times green tea daily which include antioxidant, protect from eye disease.
– Use a gooseberry and its different items daily.
– Take two times per day the mixture of Cumin, Ghee and Rock Sugar.
– Give more priority to green vegetables and yellow fruits. Spinach, fenugreek and other different Salad items like radish, carrot, onion, cucumber contain antioxidant which keeps eyes healthy.
