Maharashtra: Man arrested for tying 101-year-old mother with iron chain

A 101­ year­old woman has been found locked up with a metal chain on her own bed as a pet dog. At Maharastra, India, police have found the woman lying on the bed and the chain was also there on the bed only. The son has been arrested by the police for further investigation. A girl has a dream to be married. She feels to be the bride as the most beautiful girl in the world. Once she gets married, she fulfills the desire to be a bride; however, her desire turns to another desire – to be a mother. Just to fulfill this desire, she makes good relationship with the family, relatives, and friends; and tries to learn more and more about the better health of the fetus, baby and child. She becomes more accountable in case of the health of the baby before and after its birth. She bears the labour­pain just to see the baby safe and healthy. She suckles for two years for its better health status. She starts fulfilling its desire since babyhood. Every time it cries in hunger, she embraces and suckles. She tries to fulfill her desires. In case of no desires of the child, she herself starts creating desires by buying new dolls, and new clothes. She always follows the menu of the child in the kitchen. Later, the kitchen runs according to the child’s likes. In case of son in India, the son gets all the facilities and no burden of domestic work. Mother always takes care of his feelings, his mood, his health, his food and his looks. So, it is pathetic when the same son imprisons the mother locking with iron chain in her own room.
