At the second agreement it has been included that federal, provincial and in local bodies election to do alliance between UML and Maoist as well as in third number there had an agreement to move forward by making cooperation and intensive and strengthening between two parties. After that the nation would move forward in socioeconomic transformation and in the construction of socialism.
