World Cancer Investigation Fund give advice to take balance diet for preventing from Cancer and human being be safe from Cancer by 30%. Instead of taking a particular and tasty food you have to take all food items. Due to balance diet and active life style, we can prevent us from Cancer by 30-70%.
Here are the 13 tips for preventing from Cancer:
1. Eat fresh and clean green vegetables, seasonal fruits and seeds.
2. For reducing fatness, you have to take balance diet and do exercise.
3. If you haven’t time for doing exercise, walk for 1 hour daily and do hard exercise once a week.
4. Eat more than 400 grams of fruits or take fruits more than half portion of food items.
5. Take 600 to 800 grams of food item daily and avoid taking sugar.
6. Avoid drinking hard alcohol, but if you are unable to reject it then drink only a peg by both male and female.
7. Don’t take fat include in meat and take 80 gram meat only.
8. Don’t use fat and ghee as oil product. Better to use vegetables oil.
9. Less use of salt and never added salt after cook the food.
10. Never use those food item which are rotten and those which didn’t get sunlight.
11. Never eat burned food items like, Sekuwa, Meat and others.
12. Never use chemical substances while stored food items for long period of time.
13. And last, smoking is very inj*urious to health, avoid it.
