So, experts suggests not to do some works during the anger time. What are the things not to do during anger.
1. Should not Sleep with anger
It is said that never to go bed with the anger. One of the research has shown that the anger will not decrease with the sleep but will constant. Usually, we believe that the anger will calm down with the sleep but a study has shown just opposite.
2. Don’t drive during anger
There is a high risk of accident because of your drive with anger. A study has shown that the anger will break the traffic and riding rules and will also put the risk of own life. Journal Of Neuro Sciences suggests not to drive during anger where mind becomes too much violent. It is risk to drive with anger because anger decreases the watching and thinking capacity.
3. Not to eat during anger
Experts says that it is not good to have food during the anger. People will choose the wrong food foe them in their anger and there will be a high risk of not obeying the food habit. So. experts suggests not to eat during anger. The juice and enzyme produces during anger is also not helpful for health. This may lead to diarrhea or irregularity in digestion and many more issue.
