Out of the arrested, most of them are BICHAULIYA (middlemen), police stated. Giving fake belief that they would make driving license to the regular clients, when they could not provide license even after collecting money from the clients, the middlemen have vandalized the office. In the process of preparing driving license, the middlemen had been resisting for the last two months. Out of the arrested allegedly criminals, 13 accused will be under the legal action, as SSP PitambarAdhikari said. “Going to Transport Office, middlemen had been creating disturbances to the regular customers; now when they collected money from them as the charges for preparing driving license and could not provide the license; we have frequently received the complaints that they affect the services of the office in many ways. Before this time also, we had arrested some allegedly middlemen; yesterday also, at the beginning, we brought 26 allegedly middlemen; out of them we are about to file the case against at least 13 people,” said Senior Superintendent of Police PitambarAdhikari.
