Everyone knows that our tongue can feel the varieties of taste. This is due to the help of taste bud that is present on the tongue.
It is very hard to feel the taste in real. Comparison to male female has more taste buds. The tongue is joint with the wall of the mouth and it is joint with the canal of nose and neck and there are around 10 thousand taste buds. It is hide with the mucous membrane and it is called pepila.
On each pepila there are around 2 to 3 hundred taste buds. Every roots of taste buds is joint with the muscles fiber. When we eat some food that shake the hair of the taste buds and the muscles starts to react. This directly send the reaction to the brain. But our food must be mixed with the saliva. We cannot find the taste of glass. we feel the hot and cold rather than taste of the coffee and tea.
Similarly the reason for the better taste of cold meat than hot is the same. Our tongue can feel 3 to 4 moves of the taste. As we know which part tastes what. Our food is made with different taste and it forms the mixed taste. Some taste will make the feel of cold h*ot which activates the smelling power and the smell makes it tasty rather than it’s actual taste
