काठमाडौं, चैत ४ । एमाओवादी अध्यक्ष पूष्पकमल दाहाल प्रचण्डले भारतीय विदेशसचिव एस जयशंकरलाई भेट्न अस्विकार गरेका छन् ।
भारतीय विदेशी सचिव एस जयशंकरले नेपालका प्रधानमन्त्री सहित शीर्ष नेताहरुलाई भेटे पनि प्रचण्डले भने उनको प्रस्तावलाई ठाडै अस्वीकार गरेका हुन् ।

एमाओवादी अध्यक्ष प्रचण्डसँग उनले पटक–पटक भेटका लागि समय मागे पनि प्रचण्डले उनलाई समय नदिएको स्रोतले बतायो । स्रोतका अनुसार आफ्ना निकटस्थसँग प्रचण्डले भारतीय दलालहरुलाई नेपाली जनताले संविधान बनाउँदा समेत नाकाबन्दी जस्तो अमानवीय कार्य गरेर नेपाललाई दुख दिएको भन्दै भेट्न अस्वीकार गरेका हुन् ।

प्रचण्डले भारतीय दलालहरुलाई भेटेर नेपाललाई फाइदा भन्दा बेफाइदा हुने भन्दै उनले समय नदिएका हुन् । भेटघाट मिलाउँला भन्दै जयशंकर आएका दिन प्रचण्ड दोलखातिर गएका हुन् ।

प्रचण्डको सचिवालयले अनुसार भारतीय दुतावासले मंगलबार १२ बजे समय मागेको र उक्त समयमा प्रचण्ड दोलखामा रहेको बतायो । भन्न जे भनिए पनि प्रचण्ड जयशंकर भेट्न अनिच्छुक थिए ।

नयाँ शक्तिका बाबुराम भट्टराई, मधेसवादी दलका नेता, कांग्रेस सभापति शेर बहादुर देउवा, प्रधानमन्त्री केपी शर्मा ओली लगायतलाई शंकरले मंगलबार दिनभर भेटघाट गरेका थिए । ओलीको चीन भ्रमण प्रभावित गर्न भारतीय अधिकारीहरुले गरिरहेको प्रयासलाई एमाओवादी अध्यक्षले ठाडै अस्विकार गरेको स्रोत बताउँछ ।

यसअघि संविधान जारी गर्ने मुखैमा नेपाल आएका जयशंकरले प्रमुख दलका प्रमुख नेताहरुलाई आदेशात्मक शैलिमा संविधान रोक्न भनेपछि प्रचण्ड र ओलीले कुनैपनि हालतमा संविधान नरोक्ने बताएका थिए । सोही बदला स्वरुप शंकरले दिल्ली फर्केपछि नेपालमाथि नाकाबन्दी लगाएको समाचार यसअघि नै प्रकाशित भईसकेको छ ।
