, Jan 31, 2016 In India, due to allegedly involvement in a girl’s rape and her murder, three culprits were sentenced to death by a Court in Calcutta. The next three culprits involved in the case were sentenced to lifelong imprisonment. The Court has sentenced the culprits – Saiful Ali, Ansar Ali and Amin Ali – to hang till date finding them guilty in the rape and murder case. Imanul Islam, Aminul Islam and Bhola Naskar were sentenced ot lifelong imprisonment for they were found guilty in the case. In absence of the proof, rest two people were acquitted. Accused are planning to defend the verdict in the higher court. In June 7, 2013 A.D., nine boys had forcefully kidnapped a 21year old college girl while she was coming back from the college. The boys had allegedly committed the gang rape; and they murdered the girl after raping. The Next day, on June 8, the body of the girl was found on the field. Nine people were under the custody of Police as they were accused of allegedly involved in the crime. Out of them, one had died last year only. Though the Court had confirmed the crime of the culprits on Wednesday, it has sentenced for the punishment on Saturday only. The brother of a culprit claims that he would defend his brother as he has been definitely framed. He even says that his brother was framed due to political conspiracy, but he had nothing to do with the murde
