, May 17, 2016 ­ It is the completion of 23 years of the demise of two great figures of UML in NCP’s Momement. On Monday, on the souvenir of the great figures, some programs are launched in different parts of the country; however, no one has been able to find the cause of the great figures’ death. Actually, in a way, this is the country where there many mysterious incidents have occurred. Out of the seriously mysterious incidents, this is an incident – Madan Asrit Murder Case. On Jestha 3, 2050 B.S., while heading to Narayangadh, Chitwan after addressing a conference in Pokhara, two the great political figures – Madan Bhandari and Jiwaraj Asrit – lost their lives. It was not only the death of two great political figures, but also the loss of central hope of Nepalese people. Right after the death of the political figure duo, a big question raised – ‘death or murder?’ Afterward, the incident caused suspicion and then dispute. Some took it as death and some took it as murder. Public raised voice to get the incident investigated; movement raised; and then single person’s commission was formed to investigate and report against their death. The single person, heading the commission was the former Judge of Supreme Court Mr. Prachanda Raj Anil. Later, his report said the death was caused by the road accident, but CPN­UML did not rely on the report. UML gained power and position in the country’s leadership many times; why are they not investigating the case?
