Preventing measures for rainy season diseases

This is the season of rainy and in this season different types of diseases like Malaria, Dengu, Diarrhea, Typhoid, Cough and common cold will be active. The preventing measures for this kind of diseases or problems are listed below.
1. Drink boiled or using chlorine water.
2. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, never use rotten one.
3. Don’t eat street foods and specially those food item which contain water into it.
4. While going outside, carry folding umbrella into bag.
5. Using the pieces of ice into cold drinks and soft drinks at the time of common cold is harmful.
6. Use soap and water after toilet.
7. There is difficult to do running, jogging, cycling and workout in rainy season. So people have to do Yoga at home.
8 Closed the doors and windows at evening time to protect from Mosquitoes, Flies and other insects.
9. If people go toilet for more than three times a day, they are suffering from Diarrhea and they have to stop eating spicy foods, take more and more water.
10. High fever, body paining, headache are the symptoms of malaria. If these symptoms are seen, go for treatment as soon as possible.
11. Throat paining, difficult in respiratory system, sneezing many time a day, common cold, headache, fever, paining in muscles, sweating and feeling lazy are the symptoms of influenza infection. If these symptoms are shown to anyone, they have to go for treatment as soon as possible and use handkerchief while cough and sneezing.
