In the name of reconstruction of the vandalized houses, Reconstruction Authority has delayed in data collection and reconstruction work. While taking about the fund distribution after collecting the data out of the valley; however, in the valley, data collection work has not been started yet. The victims have made complaints that the quake victims have been ignored in the capital city. Mr. Surendra Byanjankar, one of the quake victims at Valley says, “It sounds that the government is making discrimination. The quake victims have been dispersed. Our houses have been devastated; and have no place to live. We are facing hardships due to open sky. Government, truly speaking, has dominated us.” Saying that Reconstruction Authority and the Government have ignored the valley’s quake victims; and pretended to be serious on outside victims’ problem solution; the Kathmandu valley’s quake victims have demanded the government to address the declared compensation. Another Valley dwelling quake victim Mr. Ramkrishna Awale say says, “No work has been done here. Statistics have not been collected. Distribution of 24 packets of noodles does not solve the problem. Look at the piles of debris behind me. Till now, Government has not responded at all. Mr. Sushil Gawali, CEO of National Reconstruction Authority (NRA), says, “As there are many cultural heritages at Kathmandu; and the structure of the demolished buildings
