The wheel chair which the student has made does not operate with hand or leg but the wheelchair only operates with the brain. Only we need to do it concentrate and need to think that where should we nee to go. After we think or select the place wheel chair read out our mind and thinking and moves towards the place where we have thought or we want to go without any control by hand or leg. The student has been working on rain sensing since long period and he was interested on it and was doing research on it as he was very sad to see his friend suffering who was disable. His one of the friends was suffering from Locked in Syndrome and looking at his troubles and problem he thought of making such materials or machine that help such people suffering from syndrome and they would not necessary to suffer in their life. As the student named as Dipesh decided to make such wheel chair that can be operated through mind command after seeing his friend in trouble.
