If a person is in a nice position, they are scared of change. People who think that change is a gate way to a new opportunity are the most mentally healthy people. These people always are open to change and always climb the stairs of success. Facing change bravely makes a person strong.

3. Not feeling lonely:
Many people like to spent their time with friends and it is the main reason to hamper the brain. Being with friends does not allow the brain to think of new things. So, we should not be scared of loneliness but we should utilize it. Enjoying alone rather than making friends a medium can be very beneficial.

4. Not being jealous
Being jealous is a very common problem. People are more happy at others failure than self’s achievement and brain starts to work in the same way. This will never result in success.

5. Comparing with others
Do not compare yourself with others. Everyone is born differently and there is no chances of having similarities. People feel weak when they compare themselves with others. Lack is seen when we compare ourselves with others. Rather we should focus on how we can utilize the things that we already have.
