What causes tension? Many think that when problems like sickness, problems etc. trouble people, tension is caused.
But these are not only the sources of tension rather food we eat also tend to cause tension. Dr. Bhupal Baniya recommends to pay a special attention to daily diet because junk food are the main causes of tension.
According to Dr. Baniya, junk foods like noodles, chips etc cause tension in our body. Normally junk food is supposed to be eaten only during needs while going somewhere and in hurry. And these food are also used to avoid stale food and washing dishes.
Junk food have high level of sodium, cholesterol and saturated fat. They also have low vitamins, minerals and micro nutrition. It causes weight gain and permanent diseases. Kids who are regularly fed junk food are mostly affected by it so it is recommended to feed hem home made food.
According to Dr. Baniya, excess use of salt, oil and spices affect both mental and physical health. Salt causes high blood pressure, excess use of same oil cause gastric and digestive problems and they also invite different kinds of permanent diseases like cancer, heart and kidney problems.
So, to prevent it consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables is important. Dr. Baniya said, ‘These food have antioxidants and also are high in fiber. It keeps mind fresh and works to reduce tension.’
So, taking a little car about what we eat in the day can be very beneficial to relief tension.
Like: Reduce consumption of milk tea. Milk tea is a source of gastric. It increases calorie in body and causes gastric. A cup cup of tea normally has 50-60 calories.
If a person drinks 5-6 cups of milk tea in a day in order to gain weight, it provides 300-400 calories to body in a day. It not only promotes weight gain but invites other different diseases.
Similarly, using the same used tea multiple times can result in cancer and other permanent diseases.
