What is remarkable is that none of the projects Aishwarya has chosen present her in a conventional role. Aishwarya asserts that this is not a new development. Unusual choices, she says, has been her signature career move always.  “We are all part of the change. We are all trying to do different things in our own little ways. I started my career with a Tamil film like Iruvar (1997) (a political drama). Just because I am making my debut into films, it doesn’t mean the film has to be about me … Iruvar had two strong male protagonists. I have always hoped to contribute to change.”

This inclination for the out-of-the-box, Ash insists, was present from the beginning of her career and she continued in the same vein. She points out, “After Devdas (2002), I chose to do Chokher Bali (2003, a Bengali film) and Raincoat (2004) not because I want to do regional cinema or there was no work for me; rather I was flooded with offers. I chose to do these films because as an artiste I enjoy doing them. I feel good when people mention these films as I was working towards change.”

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (Hindi: इंदिरा गाँधी राष्ट्रीय मुक्त विश्वविद्यालय), known as IGNOU, is a distance learning national university located in IGNOU road, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi, India. Named after former Prime Minister of India Indira Gandhi, the university was established in 1985 with a budget of ₹20 Million, when the Parliament of India passed the Indira Gandhi National Open University Act, 1985 (IGNOU Act 1985).[2] IGNOU is run by the central government of India.[3]

IGNOU, the largest university in the world with over 4 million students,[1] was founded to impart education by means of distance and open education, provide higher education opportunities particularly to the disadvantaged segments of society, encourage, coordinate and set standards for distance and open education in India and strengthen the human resources of India through education.[4] Apart from teaching and research, extension and training form the mainstay of its academic activities. It also acts as a national resource centre, and serves to promote and maintain standards of distance education in India.[5] IGNOU hosts the Secretariats of the SAARC Consortium on Open and Distance Learning (SACODiL) and the Global Mega Universities Network (GMUNET) initially supported by UNESCO.

IGNOU has started a decentralisation process by setting up five zones, viz, north, south, east, west and north east. The first of the regional headquarters, catering to four southern states, Pondicherry, Andaman and Nicobar and Lakshadweep, is being set up in the outskirts of Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala.[citation needed]. The Ministry of HRD has entrusted the responsibility of developing Draft Policy on Open and Distance Learning and Online Courses to IGNOU

Build a business:This is the easiest way to earn your millions. We've heard stories of entrepreneurs who have made their fortunes many times over because of the business they've built. Building a business is fun and gives you maximum freedom if you do it the right way. However, I would stay away from multi-level marketing firms, unless you're a sales superstar. Building a successful business requires you to create and use your own template, not that of others. The better system you can devise, the further you can go. One of the keys to building a business is that you surround yourself around the right people and stay educated. You'll also have to break many habits that you've been taught while growing up. Besides the many hours you put into your business in the beginning, the payoff is substantial and you could earn your first million within three years, like I did. There are more options than ever to do this if you're willing to make it happen!Bonus: Or you can do all. If you can specialize in a trade and become a sales superstar as you build your business, you'll be able to do what only the greatest innovators have been able to do.
