In Nepal one of the new disease Scrub Typhus is been spread. The symptoms of this disease is 104 degree fever, neck pain and the small acne.

This disease is getting all over Nepal since a year ago and now this disease is been transmitted in various parts of the district of Nepal.The chief of epidemiology Dr. Gudnidi Sharma told this and he also told that this treatment is so easy and if this can be treated in all the five development region than we can make it nil. According to him in Chitwan around 53 person were seen to have this disease. Chitwan medical college is been testing it and the viral is been increasing on the country and even on other countries this test is done. This disease is mostly seen on Chitwan and now it is seen on Sinduli, Nuwakot, Bake, Udaypur etc.

This disease was seen on Patan Hospital before 5-6 years ago but this couldn’t come to the document. But one year ago it was proved scientifically. Not recognizing this disease 8 people d!es previous year. This can be treated easily after antibiotics and this can be known with the blood test.
This disease will be transmitted when any insect bites you. This will be like insect in the hair. This will stay on the animals ear and it will get into the grass and after that it gets transmitted and when it bites the disease gets transmitted. This will suck on the condition of larva. They told that this disease was seen on the world war 2 and now it is seen. This will be mostly on the bush and this will get transmitted to people when they get to that place.

The UiTM R&D Roadmap specifically emphasized on two research performance indicators, namely to increase number of principal investigators and students to publish in Web of Science and Scopus journals. Research funding in UiTM has been steadily increasing from just over RM14 million in 2006 to RM50.4 million in 2011. Social science and humanities research made up around 20% of the secured funding.[30]

To steer Malaysia towards becoming an innovation-based and knowledge-based economy, Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) in 2009 recognized six research institutions as Higher Institutions Centre of Excellence (HICoE) including UiTM's Accounting Research Institute (ARI) for its research niche area in Islamic Finance Criminology.[32] In 2014, UiTM's Malaysian Institute of Transport (MITRANS) conferred as HICoE for the niche area of Halalan Toyyibban Supply Chain.[33] Six UiTM's research institutions has been granted Centre of Excellence (CoE) status namely Institute of Science (IOS), Institute of Infrastructure and Environmental Services and Management (IIESM), Institute of Pathology, Medical and Forensic Laboratory (I-PPerForm), Atta-Ur-Rahman Institute for Natural Product Discovery (AuRIns), Integrative Pharmacogenomic Centre (iPROMISE), and Institute of Business Excellence (IBE).
