Most of the people are using wrong oil to cook food as they still not sure on which oil would be good for them. Most of the people eat the food that is cooked on the mustard oil. When the chapatti or any kind of roti is made that time the ghee is used. There are varieties of oil that is found in the market. They sells advertising it a lot.

There are written or said it is good for heart and people with disease are confused which to choose. Oil contains cholesterol and triglyceride. This will get into the blood nerves and contracts the blood nerves and in result there will be heart attack. Heart disease are of varieties of type. Some people might not control oil when needed and some takes it unnecessarily. Oily things mostly means oil and ghee. There will be 3 types of fatty acid on oil that is:-

1. Saturated 2. Mono-saturated 3. Poly-saturated Less or more every types of fatty acid harm heart. Unsaturated has good quality as this will help to reduce cholesterol in the blood. In banaspati oil too the fatty acid will decrease the cholesterol. Some oil has more and some has less. The beneficial elements will increase the triglyceride and reduces the unwanted effects as well


In most of the banaspati oil cholesterol is free. Cholesterol is found only in the product that is formed from animals. Sunflower oil doesn’t contain cholesterol. This contains 15% fatty acid on which 11 is saturated 34 percent is mono-unsaturated and 50% unsaturated. On oil cholesterol is not found but there will be more unsaturated fat and in Ghee there is cholesterol and saturated fat. Cholesterol is formed as some hormone and this is used for the moments of muscles. If the cholesterol is more than wanted than it will get freezed on the blood nerves. Norma labor workers should eat 24 hundred calorie per day. It is necessary to be oily elements, carbohydrate, protein, vitamins and minerals. It is good when the food contains 20% oily elements, 65% carbohydrate and 15% fats.

In which oil what is found? In coconut oil there is more saturated oil and in ghee there will be more saturated fat. This will harm the heart patient. Peanuts oil, sunflower oil, bhatmas oil, maize oil contains mono and poly unsaturated fat if it is used in less amount it wont harm heart patient. You can use mustard and peanuts oil this contains mono-unsaturated fat and this is less harmful. Mustard oil contains linoleic acid this chemical is beneficial to heart. The fish oil contains omega-3 fatty acid this will also reduce the probability of heart attack. Heart patient shouldn’t eat coconut oil and ghee. Banaspati oil is best and it is less harmful You need to understand this to make the heart strong so you shouldn’t follow the advertisement and choose the best for yourself.
